• The rooms will be delivered from 14.00 after the delivery of the documents of each guest and the deposit of € 20.00 for the entrance bage to the structure that will be returned upon departure.
• The rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on the following day, also for the reorganization that will not be guaranteed after this time.
• We kindly ask you to leave the towels you want changed in the bathroom, the sheets will be changed every 4 days.
• We kindly ask our Guests to keep the television and other musical systems at a volume that respects the quiet and harmony of the environment, in particular from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and from 10.00pm to 8.00am.
• The Wi-Fi is free
• The management declines all responsibility for loss and theft, please always close the room.
• Heating in winter and cooling in the summer of the rooms will be blocked if the entrance door remains open with the System in operation.
• Each room is equipped with continuous air circulation to guarantee maximum comfort. guest animals will NEVER be left alone in the room even for a short period.
• Parking is not guarded.
